Michael Lindell Brock, 39, Independence, died Sunday, March 16, 1997, in Blue Springs.
Mr. Brock was born Nov. 19, 1957, in Groton, Conn., and had lived most of his life in Oak Grove and Independence. He was the owner/operator of Mike`s Auto Interior in Independence. He was a member of the ceramic`s club and attended Christ`s Heartland Church.

His survivors include two sons, Michael L. Brock II and Bryan Wayne Brock, both of the home; his father, Charles Brock, Osceola, Mo.; his mother, Vera Brock, Independence; two brothers, Richard Brock, Lynchburg, Va., and David Brock, Independence;and three sisters, Debra Linneman and Carolyn Stegeman, both of Blue Springs, and Linda Jennings, Liberty, Mo.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at theSpeaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 7:30 to 9 tonight at Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Shiloh Children`s Home, Route 3, Kahoka, Mo. 63445.
