Valerie Lynn Troutz, 61, of Independence, Missouri passed away April 29, 2019 at Research Medical Center from a brain aneurysm.

A private celebration of life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133.
